BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE

ABOUT THIS ROLE

This role is a strategic role, you will play a critical role in generating new business opportunities for ByPlus Consulting Ltd by identifying, engaging, qualifying and building relationships with potential clients. You’ll help shape how ByPlus scales and how we deliver value to clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify, research, and engage potential clients aligned with our roadmap.
  • Qualify leads, manage follow-ups, and schedule discovery calls.
  • Support outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and webinars.
  • Test and refine outreach messaging; track performance and suggest improvements.
  • Maintain an organised sales pipeline and accurate CRM documentation.
  • Contribute to outreach assets (email templates, call scripts, case study snippets).
  • Gather market, customer, and competitor insights to inform and refine strategy.
  • Assist with client onboarding and ensure a smooth handoff to the delivery team.
  • Support simple growth experiments, track results, and report weekly KPIs.
  • Collaborate with marketing team on content ideas and audience engagement efforts.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales and marketing, with strong knowledge and proven ability in scaling startup businesses and medium organization.
  • Relevant degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proactive, curious, and a strategic thinker.
  • Proficiency with using tools like Zoho and Click up.
  • Experience in social media management, content creation, and analytics.
  • Willing to work in a sales-target environment.
  • Ability to meet and exceed target.
